I write primarily dark fantasy and you will find no shortage of that in most of my work. For the Risk of Fire is the first of a planned trilogy known to me as The Pyrcaster Trilogy that explores identity, belonging, and fate... and telling fate where to shove it. FTROF is my first novel and is currently being queried to agents, seeking representation.

"The Gryphoi Archon" is a short story about a girl who struggles with belief when her mother dies chasing after a story... or so she thought. Taking place in a fictional town in modern-day Greece, it follows Cassia Markiri as she explores the ruins of a forsaken temple and awakens far more than she could have possibly imagined.
